By creating an account, using our platform, or engaging with our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Continued use constitutes ongoing agreement.
Selatech offers:
Software Development: End-to-end solutions for MVP creation, AI/ML, blockchain, and SaaS products.
Consulting: Expert guidance on technology strategy, architecture, and product roadmaps.
Flexible Models: Subscription plans, fixed-price projects, and milestone-based engagements.
Clients:
Provide accurate company and project details.
Comply with all applicable laws and respect intellectual property agreements.
Fees: Subscription tiers, project-based pricing, or milestone payments.
Refunds: 30-day risk-free trial for new engagements. No refunds for completed software development work unless otherwise stated.
Late Payments: Interest or service suspension may apply.
Software Development: Clients own 100% IP rights upon full payment.
Selatech Tools: Proprietary frameworks/templates are licensed for client use only.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information (NDAs apply).
Data handled per GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws.
By Selatech: We may terminate accounts for breaches, non-payment, or misuse.
By You: You may terminate contract for breaches, non-compliance.
Post-Termination: Outstanding fees remain due. Clients retain IP rights.
No Guarantees: Services provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability: Selatech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governed by laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved via arbitration.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
